I experienced significant issues during my stay. The concierge service was unhelpful, and their lack of proactivity around local dining and activity reservations was disheartening. Additionally, the quality of room service fell short of the hotel's reputation, leading to frustration about my experience.

The beautiful, well-maintained building exudes Alpine charm. Attentive staff ensured a delightful experience, especially during breakfast with exceptional choices, including vegan options. An enjoyable highlight was the American-style piano bar, offering a fun night out. However, some delays in bar service need improvement, and a bathroom update could enhance the overall experience. The view from my room was stunning, although it wasn’t the Matterhorn, yet it was still lovely and serene.

The breakfast spread was exceptional and the outdoor patio was a lovely spot to enjoy drinks. However, there were minor delays in bar service that could be improved.

I stayed in a Double Room Deluxe with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and I loved the cozy ambiance. The bathroom was luxurious, with a dreamy shower and plenty of space. The attention to detail, like the heated towel rack, made it really comfortable. However, I did notice the bed could be a bit firmer for my liking.

The breakfast was AMAZING! ! They offered all kinds of vegan options, and I truly appreciated how the staff helped me figure out the cable cars since I was dealing with some sciatica issues. Plus, being taken to the station in that horse-drawn carriage was an exhilarating touch!

The double room deluxe had a beautiful Matterhorn view with a spacious balcony, a cozy seating area, and a cozy workspace. Breakfast was pretty impressive, offering freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The spa facilities were top-notch with an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day outdoors. Complimentary horse-drawn carriage service added a nice touch too.

Our stay at this fabulous hotel was incredible. The attentive staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived, especially when the concierge helped us arrange ski lessons. We even enjoyed a magical horse-drawn carriage ride which our daughter loved!

My children wanted more family-friendly dining options on the menu.
